<title>Gender Representation, Workforce Motivation, and Governance Productivity: An Institutional Analysis of Academic Leadership Balance in Pune District</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/20763</link>
<description>Gender Representation, Workforce Motivation, and Governance Productivity: An Institutional Analysis of Academic Leadership Balance in Pune District
Beharay, Ambar. V.; Joshi, Sneha. S.
Gender diversity within higher education governance has expanded significantly across Indian&#13;
academic institutions over the past two decades. Pune district—recognized as one of India’s foremost&#13;
educational clusters, hosting state universities, deemed universities, private institutions, autonomous&#13;
colleges, engineering institutes, management schools, health science colleges, and teacher education&#13;
centers—reflects a visible rise in female participation across faculty ranks and academic management&#13;
structures. Women now occupy roles as department heads, deans, principals, accreditation&#13;
coordinators, and members of statutory bodies in increasing numbers.&#13;
While this transition represents measurable social progress, institutional inclusion, and merit-based&#13;
advancement, emerging discourse within academic ecosystems suggests that gender-skewed&#13;
administrative configurations may influence workforce motivation, productivity orientation, and&#13;
governance efficiency in complex ways. Representation expansion alone does not automatically&#13;
translate into optimal institutional performance. Instead, the interaction between leadership&#13;
composition, workload distribution, economic role commitments, and motivational climate plays a&#13;
critical role in shaping academic output and governance stability.&#13;
This study critically examines gender representation through productivity datasets, publication output&#13;
models, mentorship allocation analysis, and motivational frameworks. Drawing upon&#13;
interdisciplinary scholarship—including leadership diversity studies, organizational behavior theory,&#13;
and institutional productivity models—along with contextual observations from Pune’s higher&#13;
education landscape, the research evaluates how representation imbalances influence both positive&#13;
and negative institutional outcomes.&#13;
The findings indicate that governance productivity depends not merely on representation expansion&#13;
but on participatory equilibrium, transparent workload structures, and equitable leadership pathways.&#13;
Sustainable academic governance emerges not from numerical dominance but from structurally&#13;
balanced participation that stabilizes motivation, research engagement, and institutional trust.

<title>The Impact Of AI-Generated Content Advertising On Social Media On Customer Engagement And Brand Building</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/20762</link>
<description>The Impact Of AI-Generated Content Advertising On Social Media On Customer Engagement And Brand Building
Pawar, Priyanka; Tilak, Geetali; Shaikh, Altaf Abdullatif; Gatagat, Komal Mahavir; Saxena, Jaya; Beharay, Ambar. V.; Saboor, Farooqui Abdus
Generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have rapidly evolved to create advertising content for social media platforms at a&#13;
scale that was once impossible without human production in personalized, low-cost ways. This study provides a conceptual and&#13;
literature-based analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) advertising on customer engagement and&#13;
brand building on social platforms. Reviewing 20 peer-reviewed published papers from MDPI, Taylor &amp; Francis, and Springer outlets,&#13;
the review draws together evidence on the characteristics of AIGC advertisements, consumer response to AIGC advertisements, and&#13;
downstream effects on brand trust, brand loyalty, and brand advocacy. Given the conditions where personalization is high and the&#13;
source of AI-generated content is not salient, the analysis suggests that AI-generated ads can be as attention-grabbing and engaging&#13;
as human-created content and potentially even more so. However, a disclosure of AI involvement can diminish consumer trust,&#13;
empathy, and purchase intent, which is driven by the activation of persuasion knowledge and algorithm aversion. The proposed&#13;
framework, comparative tables, and five conceptual diagrams presented below illustrate the importance of disclosure transparency&#13;
and personalization in increasing or decreasing the value of AIGC advertising as a mechanism to create lasting brand equity or just&#13;
passing moments of engagement. The paper ends with a research agenda for researchers and practitioners working in this rapidly&#13;
changing field, as well as limitations of the current evidence base.
